摘要 教师专业发展,无论理论还是实践层面,都是国内外教师教育领域中需要长期理论研究和不断实践探索的一项重要课题。教师专业外部驱动发展存在积极性低、自主性差等问题,教师专业自主发展存在放任自流、职业倦怠、自身能力局限性等问题,因此该文提出"互联网+"时代外部驱动与自主发展统一取向的教师专业发展观。首先阐明了新的教师专业发展的内涵、特征,然后从多个理论视角对其进行了解读,并从教师专业发展的教师观、课程观、教学观和文化观四个维度进行了详细阐述。 The professional development of teachers, both in theoretical and practical level, is an important subject in the field of teacher education at home and abroad, which needs long-term theoretical research and practical exploration. But there are some problems in the development of teachers' professional external motivation, such as low motivation and poor autonomy. Teachers' professional self-development has problems such as laissez-faire, job burnout, limitations of their own abilities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the view of teachers' professional development based on the unification of external and independent development in the "Internet +" era. First of all, the study clarifies the connotation and characteristics of the new teacher professional development, and then explains it from the perspective of multiple theories, and elaborates from the four dimensions of teachers' view, curriculum view, teaching view and culture view.
