摘要 中小学教师的信息化教学能力是决定基础教育教学质量和效果的关键性因素和推动信息技术与教育融合创新发展的根本力量。"互联网+"对中小学教师信息化教学能力的发展带来了新挑战和机遇,厘清这些挑战和发展面临的问题与困境,是有效提升教师信息化教学能力的前提和基础。当前,能力发展方式单一化、培训对象混同化、培训内容趋同化、支持服务形式化以及考核评价行政化等问题,不仅使中小学教师信息化教学能力发展陷入困境,并且成为制约教育信息化深入发展的主要瓶颈。该文通过剖析造成困境的原因,提出了基于大数据技术分类发展、构建一体化网络教研体系、建立科学的评价机制等基于"互联网+"的中小学教师信息化教学能力提升措施,以期促进中小学教师信息化教学能力健康高效地发展,为中小学提高教育教学质量和效率提供优质的师资保障。 In the information era, every primary and secondary school teacher must master informationalized teaching competence, it is a teacher's important and necessary ability which can determine the quality and effectiveness of the basic education as the key factor. It is the fundamental strength that can promote the integration and innovation of application information technology in education. But many primary and secondary school teachers' are deficient in informationalized teaching competence, it has become a major bottleneck in the development of education informationization. The development of primary and secondary school teachers' informationalized teaching competence falls into predicaments, which include simple development mode, training different teachers in the same way, similar training resources, superficial support services and evaluation coerced by administration. So we put forward the measures to surmount these straits. The measures involve in adopting multiple development modes, classifying trainee according to teachers' level ,developing abundant high quality resources, providing comprehensive support services and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism. Through these ways, we hope to promote the healthy development of primary and secondary school teachers' informationalized teaching competence, and to provide excellent teachers in improving the quality and efficiency of basic education.
