Eight Key Measures to Promote Sustainable Revitalization of Northeast China by Structural Reform

振兴东北是新时期党中央、国务院推进的重要战略,需要社会各界提供智力支持。目前,应准确认识和把握新一轮东北振兴的重大机遇。深化东北地区体制改革、振兴东北制造业、推动地区技术创新、深化国有企业改革、推动资源型城市转型发展、推动东北地区与京津冀协同发展、推动东北地区与内蒙古东部一体化发展、推动东北地区对外开放等是东北振兴应采取的重大措施。

The revitalization of Northeast China is one of important strategies carried out by the Party Central Committee and the State Council which requires intelligent support from all social circles. Now it is necessary to recognize and grasp chance of the new round of revitalization policy. Under the revitalization policy, it is important to push forward such measures as to deepen the regional institutional reform, to revitalize the region- al manufactures, to drive regional technological innovation, to speed up the regional state - own enterprises re- form, to promote the transformational development of regional resource - based city, to build up the synergetic development between the Northeast China and Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei Circle, to promote the integration de- velopment between the Northeast China and the Eastern Inner Mongolia and open the northeast region＇s door to the outside world.
