摘要
[目的/意义]通过对服务规范定义的中美参考咨询馆员能力的比较分析,为提升我国参考咨询馆员能力提供参考。[方法/过程]基于中美参考咨询服务标准与规范,分析两国对参考咨询馆员能力的界定和要求,比较中美参考咨询馆员能力存在的共性和异性。[结果/结论]中美参考咨询馆员都需具备包括知识基础能力、服务组织与设计能力、存取能力、交流沟通能力、营销能力、合作能力以及评价能力在内的7种职业能力,且在每种能力上都有或多或少的差异。
[ Purpose/significance ] This paper comparatively analyzes the competencies of reference librarians in A- merica and China in order to find out similarities and differences between them, and to provide reference for improving the competencies of Chinese reference librarians. [ Method/process ] Based on contents of reference service specifications or standards in America and China, this paper analyzes the definition and requirements of reference librarian competencies, and compares the similarities and differences of reference librarian competencies between America and China. [ Result/ conclusion ] The reference librarians in America and China all should have seven professional competencies including has- ic knowledge ability, service organization and design ability, operation ability and evaluation ability, and each ability has access ability, communication ability, marketing ability, co- more or less difference.
