农村阅读困难群体的内在贫困——以黑龙江地区为例

Inner Poverty of Rural Reading Groups——Taking Heilongjiang Province as an Example

[目的/意义]探析农村阅读困难群体形成的内因,为改善农村阅读服务与深化农村阅读问题研究提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对黑龙江地区的农村阅读调查,把阅读条件分解为多维度要素对农村阅读困难群体内在贫困状况进行剖解,阐析农村文化的影响和制约。[结果/结论]农村阅读设施及资源反复建设投入与服务的效果不理想,根源在于忽视了阅读困难群体的内在贫困。当前农村阅读推广应重点帮助阅读困难群体突破阅读需求、能力与阅读文化贫困的阻滞力。

[ Purpose/significance ] The paper mainly explores the inherent factors of rural reading difficulty groups. Besides, it provides the reference for the improvement of the rural reading service and further research on the rural reading problems. [Method/process] According to the survey about reading in Heilongjiang Province, after the division of the reading requirement into multi-elements, the thesis analyzed the inner poverty reading condition of the rural group. Be- sides, the impact and the constraint of the rural culture were also discussed.[ Result/conclusion ] The basic reason of the failure of the continuous construction and service for rural reading is that the inherent insufficiency of the rural reading difficulty group is ignored. Currently, it is the key point to help the reading difficulty group break through the reading needs, reading abilities and hindrance of the poverty in reading culture.
