“互联网+”行动驱动产业结构变迁的实证研究——基于2005-2014年长江经济带面板数据

An Empirical Study on the Change of Industrial Structure Driven by “Internet +”——Based on Panel Data of 2005-2014 Yangtze River Economic Belt

经济新常态下,"互联网+"成为中国经济转型的新引擎,推动产业结构优化升级。基于2005-2014年长江经济带11个省市的省级面板数据,运用主成分分析法测度互联网发展水平,采用系统GMM和Malmquist指数方法实证分析"互联网+"行动驱动产业结构变迁的效应。结果显示:"互联网+"对产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化有明显的正向促进作用;同时,产业结构合理化及高级化滞后效应显著,后期产业结构深化程度受前期的影响。"互联网+"驱动产业结构高级化效率在长江经济带省市存在区域差异,且各省市效率差异与其经济发展水平不存在同向因果关系。

Under the new economy, Internet ＋ has become a new engine of China？s economic trans-formation ,providing a new direction for China^ industrial upgrading. Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2005 to 2014, based on the measurement of the Internet de-velopment level by principal component analysis （ PC A） , using the GMM and Malmquist index methods to an-alyze the effect of Internet ＋ driving the industrial structure change of Yangtze River economic belt. The results showed that： “ Internet ＋innovation - driven has significant positive influence in promoting industrial structure rationalization and industry structure upgrading. At the same time,the hysteresis effect of industrial structure rationalization and industry structure upgrading is significant, and the degree of deepening of the late industrial structure is affected by the previous period. There are regional differences in efficiency of industry structure upgrading among the Yangtze River economic belt provinces, and it does not exist the same causal re-lationship between the efficiency difference of the provinces and their economic development level.
