职业农民教育培训模式的比较与选择——基于培训绩效的视角 被引量:10

摘要 职业农民的教育培训是推进传统农业向现代农业转变的重要方面,也是提升农民素质的有效途径。目前,职业农民教育培训按投入主体划分包括政府工程型、企业促进型、学校教育型、合作组织型、科技示范型等模式。影响教育培训模式运行绩效的主要因素是培训内容、培训投入、培训机制和培训效果。运用层次分析法对五种教育培训模式的运行绩效进行排序,分析得出企业促进型是基于培训绩效准则下最佳的培训模式。 The education and training of professional farmers is an important way to promote the transformation from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture. It is also an effective way to improve the quality of farmers. At present, according to the main body of investment, the education and training model of the professional farmers is divided into five types: government engineering, enterprise promotion, school education, cooperative organization and scientific demonstration. The main factors that affect the performance of the education and training model are the training content, training input, training mechanism and training effect. It uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to rank the performance of the five kinds of education and training model. And it is concluded that enterprise promotion is the best training mode based on training performance criteria.
