孟鲁司特联合维生素C治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效观察

Effect of montelukast combined with vitamin C in the treatment of children with allergic purpura

目的探讨孟鲁司特联合维生素C治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 2014年11月至2016年1月湖南省儿童医院肾病风湿科收治住院的过敏性紫癜患儿86例,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用孟鲁司特口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用维生素C特进行治疗,治疗7d后对比两组患儿治疗后的临床效果、血浆细胞因子水平(白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子α)变化以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%(41/43),显著高于对照组81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子α血浆细胞因子水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.33%(1/43),显著低于对照组18.60%(8/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性紫癜患儿采用孟鲁司特联合维生素C治疗,效果显著,安全性好,不良反应低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with vitamin C in the treatment of allergic purpura in children. Methods From November 2014 to January 2010, 86 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were hospitalized and treated in the Department of Nephrotic Rheumatolo-gy, Hunan Children＇s Hospital, and they were randomly divided into control group（43 cases） and observa-tion group（43 cases）. The control group was treated with montelukast orally taken. The observation group was treated with vitamin C in addition to monteleukast, and the treatment lasted for 7 days. The levels of plasma cytokine（interleukin 6 , interleukin 8, tumor necrosis factor a） and adverse effects were compared be-tween the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95. 35% （41/43） in the observa-tion group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （81. 40% , 35/43） , and the differ-ence was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the level of interleukin 6, interleukin 8 and tumor necrosis factora was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0. 05）.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2. 33% （1/43） , which was significantly lower than that of the control group（18. 60%, 〉 8 /43 ） （P 〈 0 . 05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of monte-lukast with vitamin C for children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura is effective and safe, with lower adverse reaction incidence. It is worthy of clinical application.
