森林公园导识系统使用特征与满意度研究——以张家界国家森林公园为例

Study on the Characteristics and Satisfaction of the Forest Park Guiding Sign System——A Case Study of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

导识系统作为森林公园服务游客的一种核心工具,在人与自然的和谐交流过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。可以说,导识系统的优劣直接决定了森林公园的服务品质,也间接体现了森林公园的品牌内涵。游客作为森林公园导识系统的直接使用者,可以对导识系统的使用特征和满意度做出准确、真实、具体的评价。以张家界国家森林公园为研究样本,利用SPSS工具软件对游客的调研数据进行数据统计,采用卡方检验、因子分析法对森林公园导识系统的使用特征和满意度进行定量分析及定性评价,并以此提出优化建议和改进措施,进一步发挥森林公园导识系统的服务效能,进而提升森林公园的整体规划和品牌内涵,以更好地满足使用者的需求。

As a core tool for forest park to serve tourists, guiding sign system plays an irreplaceable role in the process of harmonious communication between human and nature. That is to say, pros and cons of guiding sign system directly determines service quality of forest park, which also indirectly reflects brand connotation of forest park. Tourists, as direct users of guiding sign system in forest park, can make accurate, real and concrete evaluation for using features and satisfaction of guiding sign system. This paper takes Zhangjiajie National Forest park as the research sample, to make data statistics for investigation data of tourists by utilizing SPSS tools software, and then make quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation for using features and satisfaction of guiding sign system in forest park by adopting chi-square test and factor analysis, and proposes optimal suggestions and improvement measures based on this, which may further improve service efficiency of guiding sign system in forest park. In this way, it may provide important basis and reference for promoting consolidation planning of forest park and its brand connotation and better satisfying user demands.
