The hoisting construction technology of long span steel box girder

结合晋城市圣亚环形人行天桥工程,以现场施工为基础,针对大跨度钢箱梁吊装的重点进行论述。通过分析钢箱梁的分段,起重设备的选择,钢箱梁的地面拼装、焊接、吊装方法等,论述了钢箱梁吊装施工的详细步骤和工艺特点,以保证钢箱梁能够安全、高效的完成吊装,为今后类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。

Combining with Jincheng Shenya ring pedestrian overpass engineering,based on site construction,this paper discussed the hoisting key points of large span steel box girder,through the steel box girder segment analysis,lifting equipment selection,steel box girder ground assembly and welding,hoisting method and other aspects,discussed the detailed steps and process characteristics of steel box girder hoisting construction,to ensure that the steel box girder could safe,efficient completion of hoisting,provided reference for future similar engineering design and construction.
