This paper introduced the directional drilling technology and process,taking Baocang channel as an example,elaborated the application of directional drilling crossing South to North Water Transfer Matching Project,and from the hole collapse accident,underground opening,pipe-holding and pipe-sticking three aspects,analyzed the common problem and treatment method in construction process.
