结合橡胶坝群的作用,对防洪度汛存在的问题进行了介绍,从增强防洪意识、发挥联合调度能力、加强采砂管理、强化堤防工程建设四方面提出了相对应的度汛措施,为相关研究人员提供参考。

Combining with the action of rubber dam group,this paper introduced the existing problems of flood control,from enhancing the flood control awareness,playing the joint operation ability,strengthening the sand mining management,strengthening levee engineering construction four aspects put forward corresponding flood season measures,provided reference for related researchers.
