摘要
从建筑策划、建筑创作和设计理念、限定投资三方面,对建筑设计前期对建筑经济性影响进行了初步研究,有助于保障社会资源的充分合理利用,减少浪费,提高整个社会的经济效益。
From the construction planning,architectural design and design concept,limited investment three aspects,this paper preliminary researched the influence of early architectural design to building economy,helpful to protect the fully reasonable utilization of social resource,reduced the waste,improved the economic benefits of whole society.
