从成本管理方案不合理、间接成本的成本管理被忽略、成本控制管理的执行力不够、浪费现象严重四方面,分析了成本管理中存在的问题,并提出了相对应的市政工程施工成本管理方法。

From the cost management scheme was not reasonable,the cost management of indirect costs was ignored,the cost control management executive power was not enough,serious waste phenomenon four aspects,this paper analyzed the existing problems in cost management,and put forward the corresponding municipal engineering construction cost management measures.
