摘要
以山西省临汾某百货扩建项目为例,介绍了其管理的重点与难点,并提出了相对应的管理策划与措施,结合项目施工中的技术创新及"四新技术"的应用情况,对项目管理实施效果进行了分析与评价。
Taking a department store expansion project in Shanxi Linfen as an example,this paper introduced the key point and the difficulty of its management,and put forward corresponding planning and management measures,combining with the application situation of technology innovation and"four new technology"in project construction,analyzed and evaluated the implementation effect of project management.
