摘要
多机牵引的交流道岔偶发停止转换故障会对高速铁路正常运行带来安全隐患。针对高速铁路现场维护部门所反映的这一故障现象,在排除室外设备故障的情况下,通过分析多机牵引交流道岔控制电路的动作过程,并对交流道岔控制电路的关键继电器进行测试,绘制出模拟故障下关键继电器动作时序图。测试结果表明:多机牵引道岔控制电路中的断相保护器输出电压不稳或输出断电是造成道岔偶发故障的主要原因,并提出相应交流道岔故障处理建议,便于高速铁路道岔安全维护。
According to reports by maintenance departments of high-speed railway lines, multi-locomotive traction AC switches occasionally stop functioning in the process of switching. The accidental faults bring about potential security risks to the high-speed railway normal operation. After excluding the fault possibility from the outdoor equipment and analyzing the operation process of multi-locomotive traction AC switch control circuit,the key relays of the AC switch control circuit are tested, and the key relays action sequence diagrams under fault condition are drawn out. The test results show that the unstable output voltage or the output voltage interruption of DBQ(open-phase protector) in the multi-machine traction AC switch control circuit causes accidental faults, and corresponding fault handling suggestions are put forward so as to ensure safe maintenance of high-speed railway.
