摘要
通过对观音岩水电站厂房4号和5号机下游副厂房土建施工的工期分析,克服了开挖滞后、防洪度汛、桥机安装工期提前,主副厂房、上下游墙、尾水闸墩等由同步上升变为分别独立上升,下游副厂房从梯级施工变为平行施工等诸多合同条件改变的困难。增加布料系统入仓,减少门机运输压力,精准策划周转性材料等施工措施,实现了优质、快速、高效施工,为电站全面投产发电创造了条件。工程质量优良,未发生任何质量问题,为业主创造了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
This paper analyzes construction period of auxiliary powerhouse downstream 4# and 5# units in powerhouse of Cuanyinyan Hydropower Station to overcome excavation delay and control flood in rainy season and make installation period of bridge crane ahead of schedule. There are many difficulties in changes of contract conditions; for example, main and auxiliary powerhouses, upstream and downstream walls, tail water gate pier are constructed independently instead of simultaneously; furthermore, parallel construction of downstream auxiliary powerhouse is replaced by cascade construction. The construction measures are carried out, i.e. increment of feed system into silo, reduction of delivery capacity of gantry crane, and accurate planning of turnover materials, so as to achieve rapid and efficient construction with high quality and provide power generation conditions for the station. Finally, the project has excellent engineering quality without quality problems, and creates good social and economic benefits for the Employer.
