广西城市中压配电网降损实施方案研究

Study on Grid Loss Reduction Scheme for Urban Medium-Voltage Distributi on Network in Guangxi

为给电网企业带来更大经济效益,实现企业效益最大化,把电力工业从传统的追求速度和规模转移到注重质量和效益的轨道上来,从而最终实现电网的资源优化配置和可持续发展的战略目标,近年来电网企业积极开展降损工作。城市中压配电网线损率相对其他高电压等级电网较高,是电网线损的重要组成部分,具有较大的降损空间。笔者提出规划电网线损率估算方法,结合影响线损的主要因素提出城市中压配电网降损措施以及具体实施方案,并采用实例对降损措施效果进行校验。结果证明文中提出的降损方案是可行有效的,可供电网企业实际降损工作参考。

In order to bring greater economic benefits for power grid enterprises and maximize the efficiency of enterprises, the power industry shall shift its focus from traditional pursuit of speed and scale to quality and efficiency so as to achieve the strategic goal of optimized allocation of resources and sustainable development of power grid. Power grid enterprises have been actively carrying out the work of grid loss reduction in recent years. The grid loss rate of urban medium-voltage distribution network is higher than other high-voltage power grids and is an important component of grid loss, so there is great potential in urban medium-voltage distribution network to reduce grid loss. In this paper, the method of estimating gird loss rate for power network planning is proposed. Measures for reducing grid loss of urban medium-voltage distribution network and a concrete implementation plan are provided based on the main factors affecting grid loss, and examples are presented to test the effect of those measures. The results show that the proposed plan is feasible and effective, and can be used as reference for practical grid loss reduction in power grid enterprises.
