广西电网通信业务的现状、问题以及拓展方向研究

Study on Current Situation Problems and Development Direction of Communication in Guangxi Power Grid

主要针对国务院关于积极推进"互联网+"行动指导中要求发展基于电网的通信设施和新型业务的意见,以及南方电网关于全面推进"十三五"改革发展的若干意见和广西电网的通信网络规划目标的要求。首先研究分析广西电网现有的通信资源和开展的通信业务情况以及存在的问题,在此基础上,立足广西电网公司现有资源和战略发展需求,重点分析系统内外相关业务的发展需求和渠道以及分析新业务拓展所涉及到的各项制约因素、自身优势和不足;最后提出适应广西电网公司特性的通信新业务拓展方向和方案,以全面支持南方电网公司在新形式下的改革发展。

According to the requirements of the ” Internet Plus” promotion guidance issued by the State Council on the development of communication facilities and new business of power grid as well as some suggestions on promoting M13th Five -Year” reform and development and requirements of communication network planning objectives of Guangxi power grid released by China Southern Power Grid Company Limited, this paper studies the existing communication resources and communication services of Guangxi power grid and the existing problems. Based on existing resources and strategic development needs of Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd., it focuses on development needs and relevant business channels inside and outside the system as well as restrictions, advantages and disadvantages in new business development. It finally proposes the development direction and plan of new communication services adapting to the requirements of Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd. so as to fully support the reform and development of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited in new circumstance.
