基于Hough变换的地形图校正在输电线路选线中的应用

摘要 目前输电线路选线方法一般是以地形图为底图来规划线路路径,通常是将纸质版地形图用数字化扫描仪转换成栅格影像,再将其导入AutoCAD中进行选线,但地形图在扫描过程中难免会产生一些误差,影响线路路径选择的精度。笔者介绍了一种基于Hough变换自动高精度识别方里网格点,并利用仿射变换和图像重采样进行扫描地形图几何校正的方法。该方法经实践工作检验,能够比较好地实现扫描地形图的高精度校正。 Route path is usually planned based on the topographic map for a transmission line at present. The paper version of the topographic map is transformed into a grid image by a digital scanner and then inputted into AutoCAD for route selection. However, there are some inevitable errors in scanning, undermining the accuracy of line route selection. In this paper, an automatic and highly accurate recognition method based on Hough transform is proposed, and the geometric correction method is adopted for topographic map scanning by using affine transformation and image resampling. The method is found through practices to achieve highly accurate correction of scanned topographic map.
