摘要
发电机在运行过程中,转子通常会受到电、热以及机械应力的作用,随着运行年限的增加,转子磁极绕组就可能会出现匝间短路故障。转子交流阻抗和功率损耗试验是检验磁极线圈是否存在匝间短路的有效措施,以平班水电站1号发电机转子交流阻抗试验异常为例,用排除法查找出存在匝间短路的磁极,同时提出了相应的解决方法和处理措施。修复后的磁极交流阻抗正常,表明该方法可作为判断磁极是否存在匝间短路的依据。
When the generator is running, its rotor is usually subject to electricity, heat and mechanical stress. After years of running, inter-turn short circuit trouble may be found at the rotor pole winding, and rotor AC impedance and power loss test can effectively detect the problem. Taking the abnormal condition found in the AC impedance test of generator 1# in Pingban Hydropower Station as an example, the magnetic pole with inter-turn short circuit is found by the exclusion method. Meanwhile, corresponding solutions and measures are proposed, which can provide a reference for the same type of hydrogenerator to deal with such defects.
