早产儿呼吸暂停对近远期生长发育的影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨早产儿呼吸暂停对近远期生长发育的影响。方法选择在本院建档分娩的早产儿呼吸暂停患儿65例作为观察组,同期选择在医院健康分娩的足月儿65例作为对照组,两组都进行近远期的体格发育测定、智力发育评定和微量元素测定。结果对照组1个月的身长、体重、日摄奶量明显高于观察组(P<0.05),但两组12个月的身长、体重、日摄奶量对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组12个月内的低氧血症发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组12个月的适应与语言行为评分均明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。两组1个月的血清锌与铁含量对比无明显差异(P>0.05),但对照组12个月的血清锌与铁含量明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿呼吸暂停可明显影响新生儿的近期体格发育,也可影响新生儿的远期智力发育,可能与影响新生儿微量营养元素摄入有关。 To explore the impacts of apnea of prematurity on the long and short-term growth and development.Methods Totally 65 premature infants with apnea delivered in our hospital were selected to constitute an obseration group, and 65 teryn infants delivered in our hospital were selected to constitute a control group in the corresponding period. The two groups received short and long-term physical development determination, intellectual development evaluation and trace element determination. Results The one-month height, weight and daily intake of breast milk in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P 〈 0.05), but the 12-month height, weight and daily intake of breast milk between the two groups showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05); the incidence of hypoxemia within 12 months in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the 12-month adaptive and verbal behavior scores in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group ( P 〈 0.05). The one-month serum zinc and iron content between the two groups showed no significantdifference ( P 〉 0.05), but the 12-month serum zinc and iron content in the control group was much higher than that in the observation group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Apnea of prematurity can obviously affect the short-term physical development of newborns and may affect their long-term intellectual development, which may be related to the impacts on the intake of trace nutritional elements.
