To explore strategies for the innovation of managementmechanism for civic patriotism education in primary and sec-ondary schools is a strategic issue of strengthening civic patrio-tism education in primary and secondary schools. We can use in-novation strategies from such five dimensions as organization andleadership mechanism, interactive communication mechanism,evaluation and incentive mechanism, guarantee mechanism andinformation sharing mechanism, in order to stimulate the maxi-mum energy and power of the management mechanism for civicpatriotism education in primary and secondary schools, thusachieving the maximum optimization of the overall efficiency ofcivic patriotism education in primary and secondary schools.
