信息技术正在对教育发展产生革命性影响,探讨如何利用信息化手段解决城乡义务教育教师资源均衡配置问题,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文主要阐述了城乡义务教育阶段师资配置不均衡的现状,当前我国农村教师资源配置存在的问题,以及信息技术在城乡教师资源配置方面所呈现的优势,并给出了相应的政策建议。

Information technology is exerting a revolutionary in-fluence on the development of education, so to explore how to useinformation technology to solve the balanced allocation of teacherresources in urban and rural compulsory education has very im-portant practical significance. This paper mainly expounds thecurrent situation of imbalanced allocation of teachers in urbanand rural compulsory education, the problems existing in theteacher resource allocation in rural areas, as well as the advan-tages of information technology in the allocation of teacher re-sources in urban and rural areas, and gives corresponding policysuggestions.
