摘要
学校发展与变革是时代的主题,而教师是学校变革的关键。相较于那些有正式职位与头衔的教师行使的正式领导力,非正式领导力的领导主体更为广泛,其面向的是学校内的每位没有职权与特殊头衔地位的普通教师。本文对扬州市某些小学的教师在对非正式领导力的认识、对自身领导范围把握、普通教师领导的方式方法和教师非正式领导的自觉性这四个方面展开调查,发现目前教师领导力的发挥存在一些问题,并对存在的问题进行了原因分析。在此基础上,本文提出了相应的策略。
School development and change is the theme of thetimes, and teachers are the key to school change. Compared withthat of the formal leadership performed by teachers with formalpositions and titles, the leadership principal of informal leader-ship is aimed at ordinary teachers with no position and special ti-tle. Taking some primary school teachers of Yangzhou City as anexample, this paper investigates their understanding of informa-tion leadership, their grasp of their own leadership, the methodsof ordinary teachers' leadership, and the consciousness of teach-ers' informal leadership. It is found that there are some problemsexisting in the current teachers' performance of leadership. Thenwe analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward the corre-sponding strategy on this basis.
