摘要
药理学为药学本科生教育的重要专业课程,其传统的教学模式存在很多明显的弊病,很难实现"以学生为中心"和"将学生培养成自主的终身学习者"的目的。调研发现,该专业任课教师大多科研经验丰富,具有主持或参与新药研发工作的经验。因此,在本课程的教学过程中,适合通过以药物发现过程为主线,结合探究式教学方法,提升学生学习兴趣,推进药理学教学的改革。
The pharmacology is an important professional coursefor pharmacy undergraduate education, and the traditional teach-ing mode has many obvious shortcomings, which is difficult toachieve the purposes of "student-centered" and "to develop stu-dents as independent life-long learners". We found that most ofthe pharmacology professional teachers own scientific researchexperience, and participate in research and development of newdrugs. Therefore, in the teaching process of this course, it is nec-essary to improve the students' interest in learning, and promotethe reform of pharmacology teaching through making the processof drug discovery as the main clue.
