Experience and Enlightenment of Information-based Development of Education in South Korea

近年来,我国政府高度重视教育信息化的发展。韩国的教育信息化建设走在世界前列,"他山之石,可以攻玉",研究韩国教育信息化发展在国家战略规划、教育信息化投资、基础设施建设、教师信息化培训、典型应用等方面的特点,将会对我国教育信息化的进一步发展提供有着十分重要的借鉴意义。

In recent years, our government attaches great impor-tance to the information-based development of education. SouthKorea＇s information-based construction of education is in theforefront of the world, and its experience can be learned by us.This paper studies the characteristics of South Korea＇s informa-tion-based development of education in national strategic plan-ning, information-oriented investment to education, infrastructureconstruction, information-based training of teachers and typicalapplication, aiming to provide some reference for the further in-formation-based development of education in China.
