摘要
红色文化蕴含着强大的人格教育塑造功能。当前,高职院校大学生的人格发展及人格教育出现了偏差,德育工作管理和实施者需构建完善的红色文化塑造人格教育机制和育人氛围。
The red culture contains a powerful personality educa-tion function. At present, higher vocational and technical collegestudents＇ personality development and personality education de-viate from the expected goal, so moral education managers andimplementers need to build perfect red culture to shape the per-sonality education mechanism and education atmosphere.
