当前青少年事务社会工作越来越受到全社会的重视,大学生志愿者参与青少年事务社会工作的现象也越来越普遍。本文阐述了大学生志愿者参与青少年事务社会工作的社会背景,研究了大学生志愿者参与青少年事务社会工作的基本思路,探讨了大学生志愿者参与青少年事务社会工作的具体实施办法,指出大学生志愿者参与青少年事务社会工作既能从中得到自我锻炼与自我提升,又能推进青少年事务社会工作持续健康发展,具有极为重要的意义。

At present, the social work concerning juvenile affairsis paid more and more attention by the society as a whole, and thephenomenon of college students＇ participation in the social workconcerning juvenile affairs is becoming more and more common.This paper expounds the social background of college studentvolunteers＇ participation in the social work concerning juvenileaffairs, studies the basic ideas of it, discusses the specific imple-mentation methods of it, and points out that, through the partici-pation, college student volunteers can not only get self-exerciseand self-improvement, but also promote the sustainable develop-ment of the social work concerning juvenile affairs.
