The individual behaviors of secondary vocationalschool students are very different, and their learning foundation isweak and their individual learning lacks strong demands. There-fore, head teachers should implement student management care-fully from students＇ individual interests and hobbies, and learningneeds, carrying out the three-pronged management idea of culti-vating learning interest, developinga hobby and mastera skill.
