中职学生个体行为差异巨大,学习基础薄弱、个体学习缺乏强烈的需求。因此,班主任要从学生个体的兴趣和爱好、学习需求感等方面用心管理,实施以培养一个学习兴趣、拓展一门爱好、掌握一项技能的"三个一"管理理念。
The individual behaviors of secondary vocationalschool students are very different, and their learning foundation isweak and their individual learning lacks strong demands. There-fore, head teachers should implement student management care-fully from students' individual interests and hobbies, and learningneeds, carrying out the three-pronged management idea of culti-vating learning interest, developinga hobby and mastera skill.
