随着互联网的迅速发展,"互联网+"战略背景的提出,网络信息日益发达,网络支付日益完善,社会平台日益增多,极大地改变了生活方式,给传统的就业、创业工作带来一定的机遇与挑战。在新的"互联网+"战略背景下,如何做好大学生就业指导工作,促进大学生更好地就业和创业,提升毕业生就业质量是大学生就业指导工作的重心。本文主要通过对"互联网+"战略背景及其对大学生就业的影响分析,从完善就业指导服务体系、就业指导课程创新及创业教育等方面对大学生就业指导工作进行深入思考和研究。

With the rapid development of the Internet and theproposal of the “Internet＋”strategy, the increasingly developednetwork information, the increasingly perfect network payment,and the increasing social platforms, have greatly changed the wayof life, and brought some opportunities and challenges to the tra-ditional employment and entrepreneurship work. Under thebackground of the ＂Internet＋＂ strategy, how to do well in the em-ployment guidance of college students, promote their better em-ployment and entrepreneurship, and improve the quality of grad-uates＇ employment, is the focus of the employment guidance ofcollege students. Through the analysis of the ＂Internet＋＂ strategicbackground and its impact on college students＇ employment, thispaper makes an in-depth thinking and research on the employ-ment guidance of college students from perfecting the employ-ment guidance service system, the innovation of employmentguidance courses, and entrepreneurship education.
