EDTA螯合树脂的结构研究

摘要 poly(DVB-co-DBS)经亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯改性,再依次经氢氧化钠醇溶液水解和盐酸酸化,合成EDTA螯合树脂。利用红外光谱研究了poly(DVB-co-DBS)、EDTAE螯合树脂、EDTA螯合树脂的结构,研究了酯化改性时间和酯化改性温度对EDTA螯合树脂的官能团接枝改性的影响。最后用SEM研究了聚二乙烯基苯、poly(DVB-co-DBS)、EDTAE螯合树脂、EDTA螯合树脂的微观形貌。结果表明,亚胺基二乙酸二乙酯与poly(DVB-co-DBS)反应后,亚胺基二乙酸二乙酯的亚胺羧酸官能团成功取代了poly(DVB-co-DBS)结构中的溴原子;EDTA螯合树脂中的羧酸基官能团密度随酯化改性时间的延长和酯化改性温度的升高而增加,最佳时间为40h,最佳改性温度为120℃。EDTA螯合树脂略微发黄,断面显示其结构内部存在微小孔洞。 The poly(DVB-coDBS) was modified with diethyl iminodiacetate, then hydrolysised with alcohol solution of sodium hydroxide and acidified modified with hydrochloric acid solution, finally the EDTA chelating resin was obtained. The structures of poly (DVB-co-DBS), EDTAE chelating resin and EDTA chelate resin were studied by infrared spectroscopy. The influence of esterification time and temperature on the EDTA chelating resin was studied. Finally, the microstructure of poly (vinylidene chloride), poly (DVB-co-DBS), EDTAE chelate resin and EDTA chelate resin was studied by SEM. The results showed that the imidocarboxylic acid functional group of diethyl iminodiacetic acid was successfully substituted with poly (DVB-co-DBS) structure after the reaction of diethyl iminodiacetic acid with poly (DVB-co-DBS) in the bromine atom. In the esterification process, the density of carboxylic acid functional group increased with the increase of esteri?cation time, and the temperature was higher, the functional group was more, the best time was 40h, the best esteri?cation temperature was 120℃ . EDTA chelate resin was slightly yellow, cross-section showed the structure of the existence of tiny holes.
