摘要 本文介绍了目前空分装置的自动变负荷技术的研究现状、方式、基本设计思路、模型控制和负荷变化幅度限制的因素,进一步讨论了自动变负荷技术在体系的耦合性、纯度波动、非线性、暂态时间和鲁棒性等方面的技术难点,提出要将自动变负荷控制和模型预测控制相结合的解决思路,并展望了空分装置自动变负荷技术的未来发展方向。 The automatic load change technology in air separation unit were introduced, included the research situation, methods, basic design, model control and load change range limiting factors. Five technical difficulties were further discussed, included system coupling of the automatic load change, purity fluctuation, nonlinearity, transient time and robustness. The solution design about combination of automatic load change control and model predictive control was proposed. The future development direction of automatic load change technology in air separation unit was forecasted.
