巨噬细胞亚群在母胎免疫耐受中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 母胎界面主由胎盘、子宫内膜(或蜕膜)和肌层3部分组成,其中胎盘起源于胚胎,子宫蜕膜和肌层属于母体。子宫蜕膜组织免疫细胞与同种半异体胚胎来源的抗原和滋养层细胞直接接触,却不对其产生免疫排斥,这种特殊的免疫耐受是胚胎正常发育的前提[1]。研究表明,正常情况下,巨噬细胞普遍存在于母胎界面,在妊娠的各个阶段,
