摘要
针对江西省某低品位铜尾矿,在工艺矿物学研究和药剂用量研究的单因素和正交试验基础上,研究硫酸酸化预处理对尾矿浮选回收铜的影响,并用红外光谱对试验机理进行分析。结果表明,在相同试验条件下硫酸预处理在保持浮选产品的铜品位不降低的情况下可以有效提高铜的回收率,提高幅度在10%左右。
This paper aims at the impact of the acid pretreatment on the recovery of residual copper from tail-ings with low content of copper in Jiangxi province, based on the process mineralogy and the experiments of the rea-gents usage, as well as mechanism analysis through IR. The results indicated that utilizing sulphuric acid for pre-treatment led to an increase in copper recovery by approximately 10% under the same conditions, while the grade of the product didn＇ t show a decline.
