医疗信息化是国家信息化建设的重要组成部分。针对当前医疗卫生信息化的人才需求和医学院校信息管理专业的人才培养情况,从课程设置和实施方案两个方面提出了医学院校信息管理专业人才培养建议。该建议强调信息管理专业的跨学科本质和实践能力培养,对专业建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

Medical information is an important part of national information construction. Aiming at the current talent requirement situation of medical information and the talent cultivation of information management profession in medical universities, in this paper, suggestions on the talent cultivation of information management profession are putting foward from cu订 iculum setting and education plan implementation. The proposed suggestions emphasize the interdisciplinaty essence of infomation management and the cultivation of practical ability, which has certain reference significance for professional construction.
