Specific results achieved through several years' construction of Ecological Shelter Forest Project Area in western Yinchuan were summarized in this article, prominent problems in construction, management and protection of the forest were analyzed, and preliminary suggestions on promoting scientific development of ecological forest construction of the project area in the future were put forward so as to make more contributions to ecological environment of Yinchuan City.
