宁夏农村集体产权制度改革的困境与实现路径

The Dilemma and Implementation Path of Reform of the Rural Collective Property Right System in Ningxia

近年来,宁夏积极稳妥地推进农村集体产权制度改革,极大地激活了农业农村内生发展活力,但在理论和实践中仍然存在诸多问题。本文从宁夏农村集体产权制度改革的探索实践、突出问题以及路径选择等方面进行了分析,证明只有找到切实可行的方法,因地制宜,才能确保农村集体产权制度改革健康发展。

In recent years, the reform of the rural collective property rights system in Ningxia was carried out in an actively yet prudently manner, which, though greatly activated agricultural and rural development energy, raised certain problems in theory and practice. Analysis on practice, prominent problems, and path selection of reform of the rural collective property right system in Ningxia was carried out in this paper. It was concluded that only by finding feasible path and adjusting measures to local conditions can we ensure the healthy development of the rural collective property rights system reform.
