摘要
阐述了目前工业领域中主要的无线网络标准、无线仪表系统的特点和组成,以艾默生公司采用Wireless HART标准的无线仪表为例,介绍了无线仪表系统在24万t/a环氧丙烷(PO)及74.2万t/a甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)项目中的应用,以及无线仪表和无线网关的安装和调试步骤。该系统的应用可为石油化工企业降低前期建设和后期维护的成本,并提升企业智能化管理水平。
This paper introduces the characteristics and structure of wireless instrument system and the main protocol standards for wireless network technology in the industry,and takes the WirelessHART instruments manufactured by Emerson as an example to introduce the application of wireless instrument system in a 240 kt/a PO and 742 kt/a MTBE project as well as the installation and calibration procedures for wireless instrument and wireless gateway.The application of wireless instrument system can reduce the construction and maintenance costs for petrochemical enterprises and improve the intelligent management.
