摘要
以某异丁烷装置为例,从管廊的基本参数、平台布置及管道布置三方面进行经济合理性研究,阐述了管廊布置的设计要点。通过优化管管廊布置,合理利用管廊上的空间,达到节约项目投资成本,设计美观、合理的目的。
This paper studies the economic rationality of an isobutane unit from the aspects of basic parameters of pipe gallery,platform layout and piping layout,and introduces the key design points of pipe gallery layout.Through the optimization of pipe gallery layout and the rational utilization of the space above pipe gallery,the project investment can be reduced and a beautiful and reasonable design can be achieved.
