摘要
气相法聚丙烯装置中尾气压缩机的作用,是将袋滤器分离完聚合物与未反应单体后的气体送回反应器顶部冷凝器的上游,并且为第一、第二聚合反应器提供吹扫气。以国内某大型气相法工艺聚丙烯装置为例,对尾气压缩机的设备布置和管道设计的准备工作、流程和相关注意事项进行了探讨和研究。
The roles of recycle gas compressor in gas-phase polypropylene unit are to send gas from bag filter to the upstream of reactor's top condenser and to provide purge gas for the first and second polymerization reactors.This paper discusses and studies the preparation,process and related matters of the equipment layout and piping design of recycle gas compressor in a large scale gas-phase polypropylene plant.
