摘要
以过一硫酸氢钾为氧化剂,采用温和的水热法制备了钴改性的氧化锰八面体分子筛(Co-OMS-2),通过氮气吸脱附(BET)、氨气程序升温吸脱附(NH3-TPD)等技术分析了材料的物化性质,并考察了所制备材料在甲苯液相选择性氧化制备苯甲醛反应中的性能。结果表明,与OMS-2相比较,经Co改性的OMS-2能明显提高催化剂活性,在优化的反应条件下甲苯的转化率为24.6%,苯甲醛选择性可达65.7%。优异的催化性能可能与催化剂比表面积和表面酸性质有关。
Cobalt modified manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieves (Co - OMS - 2) are prepared by hydrothermal methods with oxone as oxidant under mild conditions, and BET, NH3 - TPD are used to analyze the physicochemical property of materials, then the catalytic activities of these materials are also investigated in the liquid selective oxidation of toluene for preparing benzaldehyde. The Co - modified OMS - 2 show much higher catalytic activities than OMS - 2, with 24.6% toluene conversion and 65.7% benzaldehyde selectivity in the optimal reaction condition. The promotion effect of modified catalysts is probably related with the enhancement of specific surface area and suitable surface acid properties.
