摘要
此文研究了加热、离心分离、加热与离心分离相结合三种方法对油水乳状液的破乳机理和破乳效果。结果表明:加热法在80℃加热45 min破乳效果明显,破乳率可达到92%;离心分离法4 000 r/min分离15 min破乳率可达到94%;加热和离心分离两种破乳方法结合可取得良好的破乳效果,破乳后两相间有明显的相界面,实验确定适宜的破乳条件为70℃加热45 min,然后2 500 r/min离心分离15 min,在此条件下破乳率可达到94%。
This paper studies the demulsification mechanism and effect of each of the following three demulsification methods the heating, the centrifugal separation, and the combination of the former two. The results show that the demulsification efficiency of the first method can reach 92 % when the temperature is at 80 X, for 45 minutes; the demulsification rate of the second method can reach 94 % when the rotation rate is 4 000 r/min. for 15 minutes; the third method can obtain good demulsification effect, and two phases after demulsification has obvi-ous phase interface. Experiments of the third method show that demulsification rate can reach 94% when the temperature is at 70 Tl for 45 minutes and then rotation rate is at 2 500 r/min. for 15 minutes.
