大数据背景下高校就业创业服务“私人定制”模式探索——以浙江旅游职业学院为例

Analysis on Private Custom Mode of College Employment and Entrepreneurship Service with the Background of Big Data——Taking TCZJ as an Example

挖掘、分析高校就业创业大数据中的有效数据,可以为高校建立就业创业质量评价体系提供依据,同时可为高校就业创业管理部门的工作提供思路。文章以浙江旅游职业学院为例,通过分析近年来毕业生就业创业大数据,得出了近年来毕业生就业创业呈现出选择多元化、旅游业用人需求与就业人数同时增加、毕业生就业地选择更趋理性、求职途径多元化、毕业生起薪提高、创业数量与质量均稳步提高等趋势。针对这些趋势,高校就业创业服务可以通过推进"精细化"职业生涯规划、实施"个性化"就业创业师友计划、实现"精准化"就业帮扶体系和打造"便捷化"就业求职系统等手段,探索推行高校就业创业服务"私人定制"模式。

Collecting and analyzing the valid data of the employment and entrepreneurship can provide not only the basis for the establish-ment of the evaluation system of the employment and entrepreneurship quality at colleges in an era of big data, but also the thoughts for em-ployment and entrepreneurship management departments. Taking Tourism College of Zhejiang as an example, through the analysis of gradu-ates, employment data in recent years, we can see some trends of the graduates, employment and entrepreneurship： the diversification of employment and entrepreneurship, a simultaneous increase in demand for tourism and in number of employment, the more rational choice of graduates,employment area, the diversity of job - hunting approaches, an increase in graduates starting salaries,and the steady improve-ment of both entrepreneurial quality and quantity. In view of these trends, this paper puts forward “private custom” mode of employment and entrepreneurship service in colleges and approaches to it.
