摘要
基于有限元软件Ansys和Hyper Mesh,对单出绳俯仰缠绕系统的独立回转臂架受力进行了分析和双重校核,揭示了俯仰钢丝绳的倍率配比对偏重心臂架的结构影响,通过实际案例对比不同的计算结果,提出了降低臂架头部变形的有效方案。
Based on the finite element software,Ansys and HyperMesh,the force of the independent swing arm of the single rope crossover winding system is analyzed and double checked,which reveals the influence of the pitch ratio of the pitch wire rope on the structure of the center ar^n. Through the real case and compared with different calculation results, an effective scheme to reduce the head deformation of the boom is proposed.
