Optimization of the Jib Structure of a Gantry Crane Using Workbench Software

运用Solidworks和Workbench建立了某型门座起重机臂架的壳体模型,通过对原始设计的计算,发现较多的应力集中。采用相贯线、圆弧角等一系列措施,使所有应力集中点得到消除,臂架应力得到了大幅优化,对类似结构的设计具有指导意义。

The shell model of the jib structure of a gantry crane is built by Solidworks and Workbench software. Through calculation of the original design,several stress concentration points are found. a series of measures such as inter-section line,arc angle, etc,are utilized to relieve stress concentration points. The stress of the jib is optimized significant-ly. The proposed method can provide a guidance for similar structure designs.
