门座起重机象鼻梁头部悬垂减摆照明装置设计与应用

Design and Application of Overhanging Shimmy Damping Lighting Device on the Fly-jib Head of Portal Crane

为了方便夜间舱内作业照明,设计制作了用于门座起重机头部照明的悬垂减摆挂架,实现了门座起重机象鼻梁头部照明灯束保持向下垂直照射,最大限度地减小了振动摆动,改善了司机作业体验,提高了作业效率,降低了安全风险,具有极大的推广价值。

In order for the lighting to facilitate operation in the cabin at night ,an damping rack overhanging on the head of crane is designed and installed. The novel design enables the lighting beam on the head of fly-jib of portal crane to irradiate vertically downward,and reduces the vibration and swing to the maximum,which has improved driver＇s operation condition and increased working efficiency. The practice shows that the safety risk is reduced and it presentes great promo-tion value.
