摘要
针对悬臂式斗轮取料机配重重量较大、吊装要求高、铰点更换难度大的情况,研发了一种以配重为支点,用油缸顶升三角架的新工艺,并通过合理的计算分析,将整个系统的运动轨迹控制在可控范围之内,解决了更换取料机配重下铰点问题。
For the cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer with the situation of heavy counter-weight,high lifting require-ments and difficult for hinge replacement,the article developed a kind of new process that utilizing the cylinder to lift the triangle frame by setting the counterweight as a fulcrum. Through a reasonable calculation and analysis,the trajectory of en-tire system is in the controllable range. This method provides a good solution to the major problem of replacing the lower hinge point of the reclaimer counterweight.
