摘要
以目前船舶上实际越来越广泛采用的水润滑高分子尾管轴承作为研究的对象,从水润滑理论着手,通过对雷诺方程的分析及求解,求出低粘弹性流体动压润滑刚度系数的计算方法。同时提出更为接近实船的刚度取值,特别对位于船外支承方式,其支承刚度应考虑水膜、轴承及轴承座的刚度耦合。
The water-lubricated polymer stern tube bearing, which is more and more widely used on the current ships, has been chosen as the research object in this paper. In the theory of the water lubrication, the hydrodynamic lubrication stiffness coefficient for the low viscoelastic fluid is calculated by analyzing and solving the Reynolds equations. The coupling of water film stiffness, bearing stiffness and bearing block stiffness should be considered in order to approach the stiffness of full scale ship, especially for the case of the outboard support.
