摘要
火电厂废水具有成分复杂,电导率高、硬度大、含有大量悬浮物、水质波动大等特点,采用"机械加速沉淀-过滤-超滤-离子交换-反渗透"的主体处理工艺。对火电厂废水进行处理,该工艺具有系统回收率可稳定达到95%,脱盐率95%、处理效果稳定、自动化程度高等特点,产生的少量浓水去灰库拌湿后,实现了电厂废水的零排放。
The wastewater of thermal power plant has the characteristics of complex composition, high electrical conductivity, high hardness, large amount of suspended matter and large fluctuation of water quality. The main treatment process of "mechanical accelerated precipitation-filtration-ultrafiltration-ion exchange-reverse osmosis" is adopted. The process has the advantages that the recovery rate of the system can reach 95%, the desalination rate is 95%, the treatment effect is stable and the degree of automation is high. After the production of a small amount of concentrated water to the ash storage, the zero emission of wastewater is realized.
